Fushiguro is a guy but his first name Megumi is a girls name, so his dad basically gave him a name like Sarah and fucked off somewhere. That’s why he goes by Fushiguro and hates being called Megumi

Megumi is a man, but his name is traditionally a female name. So basically his dad gave him a girl name and ran off.
