As someone who does MMA & Martial Arts I can tell you it is really good fun. I have even done knife defense drills just like in this episode, you should defiantly give it a go it's really good :).

Suzy's a bit different now. She barely feels bad for the villains, now she actually feels bad for them, like the villains aren't that different from the good guys and doesn't want anyone to die or get hurt.
