They're not *quite* like Mitsuki.

Mitsuki is more like a cloned human grown in a tube. These guys are "fabrications" made of a clay or stone of some kind. They're a few steps below Mitsuki. Ohonoki should've found a way to ask Orochimaru for pointers because this ain't it.
