Of course she would not have recorded herself lol, she's not stupid. Also Rem loves Misa, remember? If it's for the sake of Misa's happiness, she will kill people for her with her own death note. Rem has her own death note too. Misa has no powers herself rn, but she knew that Rem would kill that guy to help with her plan.

A Death God can act however they choose fit except of course the saving a life part. So if Rem is generous, she can offer to kill anybody that misa chooses or if Rem doesn't like Misa then she can refuse. It's the same when Ryuk doesn't help Light but does when bribed with apples, it's all about the death god's personality.

A Death God cannot extend someone's life, that is the only rule. They can kill for any reason except to save a life.

No she didn't record the part where she killed someone

If I'm correct I think when you lose your memory you only lose memory of having possession of the death note and the shinigami and what you did when you have the death note I don't think you forget everything you just forget certain things the has to deal with the deaf note the people you killed and the shinigami

There are no rules on who a shinigami can or can`t kill. Rem just chose to go along with Misa`s act.

Suzy when will you continue with SAO?

Suzy, just speaking out of my knowledge from psychology, Light and Misa should have new memories of how they got together. The brain likes to recreate memories if the person can't remember (hence we have witnesses giving false evidence when prompted). Our memories are not unchanging pictures, but change whenever we go back to retrieve it (and in some cases are created anew when there isn't one). Hope this explains it!
