A lot of things is not possible in this show such as fire coming out of your mouth or water back during the fight between Lord First Hokage and Lord Second Hokage vs Lord Third Hokage back when Orochimaru attacked the village. Or an old lady trades and sacrafices her life to bring back Gaara, it seems a lot of things that are normally impossible is just made possible in this show.

Suzy, I don't think that Naruto is doubting himself because of the power level, maybe he thinks he couldn't reach the answer to the peace thing because of wisdom, Naruto might think that he's only a 16 years old kid, so if Jiraiya wasn't able to reach the answer, how could be him the one who reaches it, maybe that's why he is doubting himself about that
