Technically episode 479 was when the Naruto Manga ended, that was the end of Naruto's main story. These upcoming episodes are canon novels written by Masashi Kishimoto himself they are not filler by any means.

1) “Itachi Shinden: Book of Bright Light” & “Itachi Shinden: Book of Dark Night” (those were the Itachi arc u watched during the Infinite Tsukuyomi).

2) Kakashi Hiden: Lightning in the Icy Sky
(After the war Kakashi becoming Hokage & Sasuke's departure from the village).

3) Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness‎.

4) The Last: Naruto the Movie ( u already watched that and now understand it wasn't a filler it was Naruto's story 2 years after the war).

5) Sasuke Shinden: Book of Sunrise (the story u r watching now Sasuke's story 2 years after the war).

6) Sakura Hiden: Thoughts of Love, Riding Upon a Spring Breeze (Sakura & Sasuke's story together).

7) Konoha Hiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding
(Episodes 494-500 not a filler at all 3 years after the war).

8) Gaara Hiden: A Sandstorm Mirage (funny story about Gaara being set up with a girl for marriage 😂 and it's 3 years after the war).

9) Akatsuki Hiden: Evil Flowers in Full Bloom (Akatsuki's back story and u have already watched it).

10) Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring (about 10 years after the war the day Naruto became Hokage)
