Anko was never pregnant. And we’ve seen her fight a little bit in part 1 and 2, she was one of oruchimaru’s test subject.

I think she has mixed her up with Kurenai. Kurnai was pregnant. She also mentioned that Shikadai might know about her because of his dad. Shikamaru was closer to Kurenai than Anko.
