The Quirk Singularity is when more and more quirks mix together (through normal procreation, for example), and thus the quirks of the children become even stronger than that of their parents. And the children of those people will have even stronger quirks. And so on and so forth.
Currently, the second and third users are still unnamed, even in the manga.

Also, Monoma is great!
And this section gave me a new crisis. Do I ship KamiShinso or MonoShinso more? Aaah.

The problem with the theory is that people aren’t guaranteed to get a mix of both parents quirks, they could get only one quirk, a mutation, or nothing at all. Plus not every quirk is powerful or even useful, so the theory isn’t scientifically sound
