I think people mostly hated the war arc because of the ridiculous amount of filler. Especially ones that were goofy and didn’t take place within the war. It’s not so bad now because we have filler lists and you aren’t waiting a week just for a 20 minute episode that may or may not be filler.

I agree with you, Suzy. The War Arc, through to the conclusion of the show, represents the very best of the series. I like the entire series, but it's the War Arc that truly makes it the legend that it is.
