First of all, the dub of the last 11 episodes of alicization will begin airing on the 7th of november (next week) which means it will be over probably once you finish the first half of alicization.
Second of all, as people said in the comments, Kirito is shocked when he heard Eugeo saying "System Call" since those words are in english and they are commands that shouldn't be known in the underworld since everyone speaks japanese and they are not aware that they are in a virtual world. As Kirito thought, they don't understand what they are saying and english is considered the "sacred tongue" used to basically cast magic spells like Eugeo did.
In the novels Eugeo doesn't scream like in the anime, I really don't understand why they changed that and made him look like an idiot. In the books, Kirito and Eugeo are seen by two globins that came from behind them and that they didn't see. Eugeo froze simply because he was scared and even if Kirito seemed to be kind of "calm" he was also terrified but didn't show it.

It's the one issue I have with the dub. In the Japanese it's significant that all of the system commands in the Underworld are in English. So that to the people of the underworld, the system commands are just a fancy magic language that they otherwise don't know anything about, when to Kirito when he has his memories, he understands that the language they are speaking is English and the words are computer commands.
In the English dub it just sounds like they are speaking normally, you don't get that distinction that the normal dialogue is in Japanese and all of the codes and programs of the Underworld are written in English.

re: "System Call", a bit of the impact of these commands is lost in the English dub of the show, since in the original Japanese version the system calls are actually said in English. The people in Underworld think it's part of the "sacred tongue" a language they themselves don't even understand the meaning of the words they are saying (while Kirito who studied English in school does understand their meanings)
"system call" is specific to computers and programing, its practicly used to access the system a programm is running on (or in this case execute commands to alter their souroundings), thats what freaks him out.

Finally, I'm done. I noticed that there is a lot of dialogue in English dub that changed entirely different from the English sub. I can't hear some parts because my earphone is old and damaged so I left some "(?)" to indicate the parts I can't properly hear, my apologies. Anyway, time for episode 4. As usual no spoilers.
「 Intro」

Season 3 is huge but people have recently let me know that but it might change by the time I'm actually uploading this but I'm not sure if towards the end of season 3 it got the English for me to watch just yet so I have no idea maybe you guys can let me know in the comments.”
➤ Reply: Part 2 of Alicization (season 3), War of Underworld, is divided into two parts. The first part of the War of Underworld consists of 12 episodes which all have already been dubbed. The second part of the War of Underworld consists of 11 episodes and the dub will start on November 7, 2020. So that's once a week, meaning we need 2 months and 3 weeks for it to be completed. It's still far ahead of us right now we have a total of 36 dubbed episodes (Alicization:24 + Alicization: War of Underworld part 1:12).

➤ Reply: He is there but they can't remember it. Normally, if he logout from the Underworld the three of them won't remember anything until he login back again. But after the incident when returns to Underworld his memories weren't blocked, that's the reason no one remembers a thing. Just think that the first Kirito (with limited memories) is the Underworldian version of Kirito while the second Kirito (with memories) is the reality Kirito. Since Kirito's memories weren't blocked, Eugeo or Alice will not remember him, vice-versa, just like how he doesn't remember them.

➤ Reply: It's not easy for Kirito even using Dragonbone Axe let alone using a Divine Object. Since Eugeo was cutting the Gigas Cedar for 7 years he already mastered it, he can perfectly hit the cut area on the Gigas Cedar, unlike Kirito who's new to it. Since Eugeo is better than Kirito, Kirito asked Eugeo to try the Blue Rose Sword on the Gigas Cedar. He was about to hit the cut area but at the last instance, his foot was unable to bear the weight and missed the target since his Object Control Authority is lower than the Blue Rose Sword.

➤ Reply: Hahaha, I really laughed hard when you said that, it's hilarious. There is a scene that was omitted in the anime where Selka wakes Kirito up and Kirito started removing his clothes in front of Selka which made her to panic telling him he has only 20 minutes and quickly walks out of his room.

➤ Reply: Yes, Eugeo started practising two years ago so he can get the Blue Rose Sword inside of the cave to save Alice. It took him two months to be able to use the art. What dedication.

➤ Suzy: “Wait, what's that all about? Why did Kirito freak out over the word "System"? Is that something from the SAO days?”
➤ Reply: No, it has nothing to do with SAO but the word "system" is used in computers and is in English. Since Kirito knows that the Underworldians, of course, doesn't know anything about computers. To Underworldians it doesn't mean anything other than spell words to use to beseech god and received a miraculous blessing. The English language is called the Sacred Tongue by the Underworldians since their mother language is Japanese. The English is mostly used in chanting verses for Sacred Arts. Just think of it as an alien language for us that we cannot understand what the words meant just like in Alfhiem Online. But since Kirito somewhat knows English he understood what the word means.

➤ Suzy: “Are you joking? I bet you wished that you did that for Alice at least do it for her sister!”
➤ Reply: He can't do that because he has his Calling otherwise he would violate the Taboo Index. Even they wanted to. It's like the same way for us that we cannot break the law of physics of our world. This made Kirito say "Alice...who are you?". But that line was changed in English dub.

➤ Suzy: “NOOO you idiot!! Oh my God, dude!!”
➤ Reply: Eugeo didn't shout in the novel it was an anime scene only. In the novel, they didn't hide behind the ice but when they arrived the goblins already saw them. And Kirito didn't shout Eugeo's name. Poor Eugeo. Well, it's the fault of the anime.

➤ Reply: Trust Eugeo. In the novel, Eugeo is portrayed much stronger than in the anime.

It's difficult for some people, myself sometimes but sometimes saying nothing is better.”

I'm excited to see what happen next and I'm excited for Kirito to take on some goblins although I'm not sure how's he gonna do without weapons but yeah, time will tell.”
➤ Reply: Yes, so do I. There are still a lot of OST you didn't hear yet but I'm sure you'll love more the OST of Sword Art Online when you hear them all. I think you'll even love Kirito. Same goes with Eugeo. The animation will be great but the fight scenes in part 2 will be even better.
