Shouldn't judge Hank too harshly for laughs and jokes when he's in macabre situations. This is very common among police, ambulance and fire services to get through the days. is a kind of defense mechanism.

Yeah, but she's right about the sending of pictures. That's a huge ethics issue. Making jokes among yourselves at the scene is ok though. As you said, they see some shit and jokes help.
