KFC has about 1,000 more locations but it’s a distribution and popularity thing. I lived in 3 different states while attending Uni in the US including CA which is supposed to have 11% of all KFC’s. But I don’t ever remember seeing one in the area of LA where I lived. I do however remember there being a Popeyes and a Chick fil-A. Those 2 definitely seem to be more popular at lest in my experience. However international chains have different suppliers so the taste is also different. The McDonalds we have here in Dublin tastes very different to the ones in the states. I could never eat US McDonalds it just tasted so unhealthy and almost fake if that makes any sense
