Just a ruse to make people purchase VIP, even VIP is having the same episode cuts, pain in a legend in Naruto, if she's lamenting so much on pain what will she say when the Dance Session starts?
Cuts are one thing, but she acts like a random chick who stumbled on a naruto video, A true Fan would Never forget even the slightest Bit of it, Once you Start The Glamour on Reactions, your sense and Content get toseed out immediately. She could have stayed on YouTube, and Maintained the Fair use just like Heisuten!
You actually end up hating the reactor when they play around with the series you love so much,

How the hell she cant remember the Rasenshuriken?
She just gets over emotional and Creates dramatic reactions, honestly, if you're a true Naruto fan you wouldn't forget such important moments, leaving her wierd cuts aside, she didn't even react to Perfect Sage mode Naruto, saying its just like jiraiya, She's just rambling around about Pain, and Meh, single uploads even in VIP, no wonder she gets hate. I love Suzy tho:-), She's Pretty, but her Reactions aren't what I'd expect, considering we're also watching other Naruto Reactions, Her Reactions are Similar to Andu, They Think too much and Speak too much about the not so important stuff and Miss the important things, it spoils the Feeling of rewatching with someone, expecting them to react in the same crazy way that we did!!

She CAN remember it. The training being referred to in the episode is with him learning how to hurl the chakra. With Kakashi and Yamato he wasn’t able to throw it, merely using it like a typical Rasengan at point blank range.
