In this situation Sasuke is not in the wrong imo, I don't think this is a " two wrongs don't make a right" situation. He is avenging his clan and his brother and Danzo is one of the people responsible. In terms of what he did at the Summit it depends on who you ask but I don't think he's wrong at all for getting justice for his people. Danzo on the other hand is wrong for manipulating the massacre of the Uchiha to take their eyes to use for himself.
I also don't believe Sasuke to be a puppet. Everything he did with the Akatasuki was for his own benefit so he went along with it, he said himself that he would use the Akatsuki not the other way around. Madara plans to use Sasuke but their "partnership" is to see who can use the other for what they want.

Problem is, that Sasuke wants to destroy the entire village, even people that had nothing to do with the Uchiha downfall
Also Danzo didnt do it for the eyes, he did it to protect the village, since the Uchiha were planning to overthrown the Hokage, which would likely lead to war, so he decided to instead kill the entire clan to reduce the amount of deaths to just them, since a war would have been far more deaths, and also indirectly protect their reputation by having Itachi act has a lone criminal that killed the clan in seek of power, that way the rest of the village wouldnt know that the Uchiha were planning to attack them or Konoha's involvement in the clan's downfall

I know he did it to protect the village but he still had no right to take their eyes, I have a hard time believing that Danzo didn't have a plan to take their eyes after they were to be killed. He pushed for their deaths so hard that it was suspicious but he disguised it as getting rid of a threat to the village. If he didn't have hidden motives he wouldn't have taken the eyes to begin with. I'm also not talking about Sasuke's whole plan, I don't agree with him trying to kill innocent people but I believe his hatred towards Danzo is warranted. Itachi's decision to protect the clan's reputation and make himself the bad guy is no secret, what I'm talking about goes beyond that but, you know what else Danzo did but for spoiler reasons we can't talk about it just yet.

Bullshit. Danzo only protected the Leaf when it was convenient for him. Where was he when the Leaf was attaacked by Kyuubi, Orochimaru, or Pain. The only reason he acted now was because it was an opportunity to get something for himself. His unbridled jealousy of Hiruzen Sarutobi, caused Danzō to do despicable acts in pursuit of the position of Hokage, Danzō's militant and archaic views made him a danger to the village he professed to love and protect as he created the hatred in some of Konoha's greatest attackers and major villains - Kabuto Yakushi, Orochimaru, Nagato, and Sasuke Uchiha due to his harsh and cruel indifference to human suffering.
Blaming Danzo for the creation of those villains is narrow minded as hell and a great disservice to their characters. They made a choice. There are characters who have lost way more and don't become that. Danzo didn't pull a gun to theirs heads and told them to become that. Orochimaru is more at blame for Kabuto to be that way, Orochimaru I don't know why you put him there, Nagato is that way because of his own decisions and also Tobi manipulating him. While Sasuke is that way beacause of his decisions and also because of how Itachi handled the aftermath of the Uchiha incident (because guess what, Itachi is not a hero.)
You're heavily biased against Danzo just because you feel more sympathy for characters who have done worse shit than him because of their own will, not Danzo's and you absolve them of their crimes because you're biased.

-There was no way of trusting Shishui. How are you gonna trust a guy who can control you just by looking at you? Hell, how are you gonna trust an entire clan who can control you just by looking at you? Even if Shishui would've used Kotoamatsukami in Fugaku , what about the others? The most radical members? Fugaku was the head. but a head can easily be replaced and it would've been replaced. Shisui can only use the Kotoamatumaki once a day, meaning if he used it on maybe 20 or 30 key members of the Clan before losing his sight, it would stop the Coup attempt in theory, but with many Clan members still left out the others would still remember the original plan. Eventually we would return to the same place.
-"Ordered Itachi to kill the Uchiha clan". He gave Itachi two choices and even so Itachi could've maybe taken his brother in the middle of the night and run away from the village if the burden was that big (hell, he could've even talk to the Third Hokage, he was the worst Hokage the Leaf had so he probably would've let Itachi go) Saying that Itachi was just following orders is the same defense as the one that the nazis judged in Nuremberg used. And even the comparison between the nazis and Nuremberg and the Uchihas isn't 100 % fair. The nazis killed innocents. The Uchihas aside from the kids who unfortunately had to go down because of the Uchihas themselves and a few (very few) members of the clan were innocent but the rest weren't innocent at all. They spend decades moaning and complaining about the terrible “discrimination” of living five minutes away from the village in a luxurious compound and being guaranteed employment in a prestigious, respected, profitable function. They constantly whine about “persecution” that is never, ever shown to actually exist. After the Kyuubi attack, they take it as an insult when they are investigated, even though it is blatantly obvious that an Uchiha was involved. They were insufferable, arrogant overpriviledged manchildren with a persecution complex who think they’re more important than the rest of the people and become crazy psychos when they lose someone (and they have been fighting each other for generations between members of their own clan). And no, I'm not an Uchiha "racist", my favorite character is Obito. But let's not pretend that the Uchihas didn' t brought it on themselves and that Itachi had zero autonomy.
-The Sai and Shin business is ugly, but necessary. They are members of the ROOT, not fucking priests. The ROOT, a sub-organization whose purpose is to do whatever is necessary for the sake of the Leaf. They are the unseen people who gathers in the shadows and do the dirty job that no one else does. They are the closest thing to a shinobi in real life. They do the most despicable things so the defenseless people can keep enjoying their peace. You can't have emotional people in a group like that. It would only cause problems.
-If Naruto would've known about Pain's attack early, he (as he ended up doing) would've returned early to the village. What Danzo did, peremitted Naruto to spend more time training (which would be beneficial in the long term) and kept him away from the Akatsuki who wanted his powers. He couldve been defeated and captured which would've made the power of the Akatsuki stronger.
-"Mocks Itachi". Hmmm... Not really... Hell, he praises him and his sacrifice. "Self sacrifice, that's what epitomises a shinobi. Never seeing the light of day, toiling in the shadows. That's the way of a true shinobi" . He is mocking Sasuke and rightfully so. Sasuke is the one who is going against Itachi's sacrifice disrespecting him thinking he's doing it for his brother when he's doing it for himself.

However, a lot of people like you quickly put the blame on him on literally everything just to admonish the rest of the characters of their crimes because since Kishimoto spent more time throwing a fucking "feel bad for their sad past uuuuhuuuuh" you quickly forget the things they did and that no one forced them to become that. No one.

Here me out on this The leaf village as a whole isn’t at fault in this it’s Certain people within the village. I’ll give you an example United States Bomb Japan killing innocent people right. I wasn’t born nor did partake in it but because I live in the United States I’m guilty by association. Thats the mentality people have when they look at what Danzo and the three leaf elders did to the uchiha clan. They don’t see individuals they See everyone is at fault. I’m not one of those people blinded by a love for character the justify there crimes or actions just I like the character.

I think i understand were is sasuke coming from for blaming the whole leaf. The perspective that obito mentioned about the uchiha was that since the formation of the village they were restricted from having equal power to other clans and that aftee the kyubi attack, the uchiha were outcasted by the hidden leaf villagers due to their distrust Towards the uchiha as they knew that an uchiha was the cause for the attack. The villagers are also victims as the kyubi attack was a tragedy that led them to distrust from the uchiha but the adults of the village were a part for the uchiha to want to do the coup.
