Suzy, the anime in japanise with subtitles in english it's very different from the dub one. That's why you don't understand some dialogs.

it's not a quirk exactly but naruto's nine tails power isn't practiced so to onlookers it looked like he teleported to hit kisame but it's probably naruto not able to wield the nine tails chakra properly

from what i've searched there was a mistranslation when Kisame says
that he fought two other really strong Taijutsu fighters.
it seems that he said that "it was the third time"
so it probably refers to the three times that Kisame fought Gai-Sensei.
first when Kisame and Itachi were on the Leaf Village looking for Naruto,
the second was when Kisame Fought Gai on episode 15 of shippuden
and now it was the Third One.
it means that Gai was the only super strong taijutsu fighter Kisame ever fought.
and it was the third time that Kisame had the chance to fight Gai-Sensei.
that phrase would not make sense otherwise.
so it was probably just a mistranslation.

yes, since sasuke's mom and kushina were close friend she wanted to adopt naruto after kushina and minato's death
but since naruto had the 9 tails beast inside him he couldn't be trusted with uchiha's cuz of the sharingan
so they started a coup
