No offence Suzy, but sometimes you really miss some important info. For example, a couple episodes ago, when the show said that people will die if their chakra reaches zero you seem very surprised when you shoudn't. This info was first said in the early episodes of OG Naruto and it was repeted over and over again thoughtout the show. That was the reason why Kakashi died in Pain arc, remember? Your reactoin was the proof that you missed that important info!
The only mistake she made that I saw was when she thought the word was dumb as opposed to dull, but she realized it later. Also Madara and others had said previously that villages have Jinchuriki as weapons to maintain a power balance (kinda like nukes). He didn't mention cases like Ginkaku and Kinkaku where they simply have the chakra. She really hasn't missed anything major.
I am not sure why, with out someone pointing it out, its not a spoiler unless someone actually pointed it out as potentually being something signficant in the future of the story. That being said, I was not one of these people so i agree anything hinting or spoiling should be removed.
It's annoying though. Hyping something up so heavily only has the opposite effect, just like how a spoiler ruins hype. They are potentially cheapening the experience of the reactor for a joke that is not even funny. It counts as talking about a future episode, just don't do it.
I honestly dont think that spoils anything. For instance that would be the same as just saying "Killer Bee" without any context in the first arc of shipuden. That doesn't ring any bells lmao. On a side note, I'm happy you picked up daily uploads again. With this pacing we'll be in the 320s in about 3 weeks.
But when almost everyone says it, it gets pretty annoying. And then, when she finally does get there, do you really want her to be like "That's what everyone was saying in the comments". I don't. That wouldn't be a blind reaction at all. The word may not be spoiling anything specific for her, but it is ruining the overall experience for her. If it were me, I'd want to watch it without knowing about that word beforehand.
In the word fight, as he Darui speaks, he says words that 'And I'll', which put together makes the sound of the word 'dull' in between the two words. Wich makes the Brothers seem pretty observant for noticing this.
At tleast that's how it was in the manga. It's probably the same here bu they didnt do it very well.
They should have shown you a visula of the words to let the viewer in on the secret mistake.
Also, please remember the fan they used. You will see it again and will love who ends up using it for a while, later in the war.
