The Ties That Bind - Naruto Shippuden Episode 364 Reaction

Till this day I still think Neiji's death was unnecessary and out of nowhere. I remember reading it when the chapter came out n ppl were like he died for the naruhina ship and solidified it. Like no!

Suzy Never Understands the villain's speech its honestly sad Obito gave such a good speech too.
Attack on Titan and one piece was what I filled the Naruto gap with! Dragon ball is brilliant! I’d definitely keep paying to watch them reactions! 😁👍
So.. are we not going to adress the fact that the last episode was only four mintes long?
Yeah the emotional impact of Neji would have been much much stronger if Kishimoto actually wrote some of the konoho nine to be major central characters in the story. But alas most of them were living in the shadows of sasuke and naruto which clearly became the central point of the story's character development. If gaara had died earlier it would be far more impactful, if kakashi died, it would probably shatter you to pieces and even jiraiya had great development. But many characters such as neji, tenten, shikimaru, lee, the bug guy(lol), they just kind of got lost and forgotten for to long.

potentual spoiler - I mean with one piece, the fandom has such connections to the main cast of characters that if one of them died. oda actually would fear the backlash of the community for pulling some crazy twist like that. I mean the fandom could not even imagine something like that happening. So much so that depending upon who died, people would attribute it to a horrible direction of the story and could even drop one piece because of it. When you have that kind of close proximity ties to characters in a series, you know the author is doing his job correctly.

If you want the feels, great character development and had enough of the same old fighting stuff, watch Haikyuu. It also has a large enough fan base that will be keen on reactions. You won't regret it.

I should watch that anime. Also I recommend "Basilisk kouga ninpou chou"
Some times its hard to forget that suzy is a newbie when it comes to anime lol. I do second Dragonball, its interesting and you might like it but the original series does have some ecchi moments in it. One piece is still the best shonen and there is a reason why we put the G before oda but if you commit yourself to watching 1000+ episodes, go for it. Then again naruto is 720 episodes so if you did that. then one piece is not that much longer.
I personally wouldn’t recommend dragonball, you may find the show fun and funny but I don’t think there will be much to react to and it won’t put you in your feels like naruto does.
It felt rushed because it was. One of the biggest critiques Shippuden gets is the fact that so many of the loveable side characters we got to know (Neji, Kiba, even LEE of all people) get pushed to the sidelines and are practically forgotten besides glorified cameos and filler arcs. That's why Neji randomly dying after not doing anything for the entirety of Shippuden feels so jarring. It's sad, yeah, but it feels forced, like it's a cheap attempt to raise the stakes of the war by killing a prominent character from the first series.
one piece: 1000 episodes, all filler ... only kids will disagree
attack on titan: overrated .. after s1e6 its all downhill,, only kids will disagree
dbz: overrated as well... every charchater is god like power... super lame , just like all superhero movies, all fighting no story whatsoever
Dragonball all the way to the Freiza saga is actually consistent in its story and quality because originally akira toriyama did not want to go further then that. The original DB series is so much better for that reason, it feels more cohesevly connected. The saiyan and frieza saga's are still great because they connect to the original DB as well.
