Does he seriously have the same voice actor as Zabuza? This is my first time seeing this dubbed that’s really lazy like hey this guy is basically the same as that Zabuza guy he comes from the same village and even used the same sword so let’s just make him sound the same to basically make a Zabuza clone like why not just draw over the animations and make the character look like Zabuza too I mean sure he only appears at the end of the previous episode and this episode but still he’s supposed to be a completely different character at least make him sound different than Zabuza just pure laziness

Orochimaru was a part of the Akatsuki because it was the best way of hiding from the Leaf Village at the time for him after he attempted to take Itachi’s body he left and then he had to hide from the Leaf Village and the Akatsuki luckily for Orochimaru the Akatsuki prioritized hunting the tailed beasts over finding Orochimaru and killing him for leaving in the first place although if they did take time to find and kill him Orochimaru probably would’ve been dead before the chunin exams took place and he wouldn’t have been able to meet Sasuke

Actually I believe Itachi and Kisame kinda cared about each other I believe Deidara was actually a little upset when Sasori died and Kukazu didn’t care about Hidan but did actually try to avenge his death if you wanna call it that

From episode 459 it's canon again and then comes the "Ootsutsuki" filler arc from episode 460 - episode 469 (except episode 463 which is canon) which is also definitely worthwhile. They are just fillers like the Itachi arc, but they explain the story of Rikudou Sennin, Ashura and Indra.

And from 470 it finally continues with the story
