Unfortunately I don’t think Itachi could have killed Orochimaru I mean he could have easily too but at this point Itachi is supposed to be the bad guy him killing Orochimaru probably would’ve led to some confusion in the hidden leaf he probably would have had a lot of people hating him but some could have been like he can’t be too bad he did kill Orochimaru after all 🤔 so that was something he probably just couldn’t risk doing as much as he probably wanted too

Kabuto is a spy that’s all he worked for the leaf and other villages at this point he was a double agent gathering information for Sasori while really working for Orochimaru

Idk what you mean his first partner specifically told Itachi to kill him under specific circumstances then the guy tried to block a tailed beast bomb with a sword obviously that wasn’t going to work out

From episode 459 it's canon again and then comes the "Ootsutsuki" filler arc from episode 460 - episode 469 (except episode 463 which is canon) which is also definitely worthwhile. They are just fillers like the Itachi arc, but they explain the story of Rikudou Sennin, Ashura and Indra.

And from 470 it finally continues with the story

Deidara "nothing special." You do recall that he defeated Garaa in 1v1 combat right? Yes Garaa was at and advantage because he had to protect the village but he was still defeated.

nice to see how Hidan was recruited. he's my favorite akatsuki member.
i also think that Hidan's outfit before akatsuki was pretty cool.
and also always fun to see Deidara once again. such a funny character.
