A Fabricated Past - Naruto Shippuden Episode 462 Reaction

Actually none of this is BS since the whole plan was to expand into Boruto. The whole thing about everything being "fate" and not has been hinted all along the story of OG Naruto (with Neji and all) and in Shippuden and into Boruto. Also, you missed an important point mentioned by Kaguya, there are more people from the sky that'll come. Basically, lets just see how things unfold and finish in Boruto to know how everything makes sense.

I agree... The story fell way off at this point in my opinion lol xD. It just got too ridiculous. They should have left the final boss at Madara.
HEY SUZY.

Remember the fight of Naruto/Sasuke at the end of the original series? And afterward, Zetsu showed up and was like nyehehehe how interesting?

THIS IS WHY. And I love it all.
I agree Suzy. Love your reaction as always and the ending thoughts! Naruto and Sasuke shouldn't have been "destined" to become the heroes of the world and pitted to fight against each other. Each one carved their own experiences to become who they are along with those who accompanied them like Jiraiya for Naruto and Itachi for Sasuke. It's a load of horse radish that they just tossed that all out- the hardwork Naruto had put in from being talentless. Always disliked how Naruto turned to this direction.
A lot of Naruto fans share your opinion that kaguyas appearance at the end was convenient to say the least. But in regard to the whole Fate thing it's more like the scientific method then fate that made things workout for him. He had EONS to practice and manipulate Ashura and Indra's reincarnates. Makes sense it would eventually work. I like Kaguya I just think she should have been introduced earlier on.
I mean its based on Tale of Bamboo Cutter from the East. Its arguably the oldest folklores in the East and one of the oldest sci-fis about extraterrestrial beings.

It's about guy(s) who collect some nearly impossible items to get Kaguya... but she dips to the Moon. The main focus of the story was not Kaguya herself... but it's about Humility.

Gedo Statue sitting on top of giant flower before Obito brought it into the battlefield was a direct homage of Kaguya sitting ontop of a beautiful large flower from the original folklores. Then it's revealed later that Gedo Statue was made up of Kaguya's body.

Naruto franchise has always been about Vessels (OG: Sasuke as the ultimate vessel, Shipp: Madara as the ultimate vessel) and Shinobi as Tools vs Shinobi as Humans (our MC) theme.

Funfacts:
1. First scene of OG Naruto was focused on the Moon.
2. Black Zetsu is the only character in Naruto manga who always uses special Katakana speech pattern, showing his way of looking down on everyone else and his foreigness. He only softened his voice after he was reunited with its creator and whispered to someone.
3. Japanese likes word plays, there were several clues that only they knew. The "Tsuki" in Otsutsuki and Akatsuki could mean Vessel/Moon. Akatsuki always been intrepeted as Red Moon (Obito) and New Dawn (Yahiko). But there is one more hidden meaning, it's New Vessel (Zetsu).
I totally agree with you, Suzy. I freaking loved the story up until this point(except some bs op ocular powers like izanagi and izanami). Madara is a relatable, well written villain with good motivation and intentions, but his actions to achive peace is questionable or maybe just wrong. He is also a character that was hyped up and built up through the whole series. Then we have Kaguya, a completely unrelatable and unknown character up to this point, that Kishimoto pulled out from his ass (and Madara's) at the last minute to have yet another shocking twist and a possible continuation for the series. There is literally nothing that supports or justifies this twist in the story, simply because the author only came up with it at the very end...
Man, I can tell you have not watched many anime or read a lot of manga considering the idea of convoluted plans have been a thing for a long time in these forms of media.
Suzy there is some things that you must understand, first, all that you call none- senses is in the manga and so no it was not made to rush the anime, second all Naruto stories are all based on Japanese mythology. From the Tailed-beasts to the toads to Kaguya, etc. If you take all that in consideration everything make sense. You must know too that even the true old tales of Ninja in history was surrounded by fantasies and superstitions and the common folks saw them sometimes as demons os supernaturals being because of their tricks. So mixing Ninja and Japanese mythology make sense too.
They have hinted here and there but it was bad execution. On a side note let's be real though guys.. Sasuke is stronger than Naruto 🙄 only reason Naruto can Fight Sasuke is because of the demon fox. Something the Kurama said himself that Narito would be nothing w/o him. its a 2v1 let's be real 🤣 Enjoyed your honest reaction Suzy. Happy New years btw everyone 😊
I don't know if this was directed towards me, but im not just talking about the stuff thats going on right now if you have been watching Suzy since the begging you know she dosent understand anything
Yall chill lol not everyone perfectly understands the story the first time watching, especially Naruto.
it's not just her even people who watch the anime when it aired are like this, people that can't comprehend the things they they see always call bs, kind of like a person who are bad at a game will claim its trash, but im not mad at her for being confused because she been confused this entire anime, not picking up on hints or missing the answer to question she is asking, and all people can say to defend her is you only notice the hints because you seen it already but that's just not true if you pay attention
The ending to the War is arc is garbage and the introduction and execution of the mini kaguya are is garbage, im sorry that you have shit tastes.
tbh more or less 90% of the things that was just mentioned at the end by black zetzu. has been slowly been added durring the entity of shippuden... its not just last minute made up. the part that madara took a bite of hashirama was quite a while ago i belive even before his fight with the 5 kage that was told. so some what 100 episodes or more ago. thats including the fillers tho. the only new thing added too the story at this point is. that black zetsu was pulling madaras strings. keep in mind thats nothing new too naruto. its a way that has been going on since the very first ark with zabusa and haku ark in OG. "use or be used" and the over all theme in shippuden is that every "boss" thinks they are useing others but they are the ones beeing used. same with nagato was used by obito who was used by madara. and this was the final line. the top of the chain. that zetzu/kagua was useing EVERYONE. also too add.. it didnt go perfect acording too plan. zetsu says he tried too make it happen for MANY generations after hagoromo and hamura had died. and just bssed on the view we get of the shadows of previouse generations. maybe 200 years possibly way way more. and even then it almost didnt happen. i under stand ur point suzy. but saying this plot was anymore covoluted than most other plots wouldn't really be fair. the only addition is that zetuzu was behinde pulling madara. besides that everything else is part of the allready estaplished plots. and even tho i LOVE the itachi twist from super evil too super good guy. and its a good story. even that twist had unending 180 turns and twists too make any sence what so ever. this twist was really plain and simple compared too by far most others durring the naruto series. it just adds a final dot too the line of dots allready put down. too explain alot of the ancient origens. the tailed beasts the visual powers. sharingan bakukan rinegan. the orgin of chakra. basicly everything. besides 1 thing. where kaguya came from.
Yeah but none of this was destined. It was manipulated and more importantly you are overlooking the fact that it didn't go his way for a long time. He went through many incarnations before Madara was the one who did what he needed and awakened the rinnegan. There isn't much confusing about this story if you focus on the main points. In the future should you follow up on the next gen it unravels more about the sage family and kaguya plus the little silhouette characters in this episode. Historically it isn't the most powerful warrior who is the true mastermind but someone manipulating them behind the scenes. This was a perfect example.
I agree and I hate this part of this arc, this is what keeps this arc from being a great arc. This character is just a way for to drag the story out, Madara would have been just fine as the final villain. Neither of these characters are interesting IMO and don’t add anything to the story. The whole character reveal of Kaguya felt forced just so they could tell us this backstory that wasn’t really needed.
