This episode has top notch anime movie quality, the drawing, the lighting, the footage angles, the dramatic scenes. I know it cost a lot of money, but if Naruto was done 100% in that quality it would be the best anime ever made.

I just love how Shikaku knew exactly how to prod Shikamaru to force it all out, for him to finally grieve properly over Asuma.

I wish some one would convince rogersbase to watch this series. He's the only one of the main anime reactors that hasn't seen it yet. He's sleeping on it to much because his stupid loyal hxh and one piece fans keep telling him its not that great. I am a huge one piece fan my self but even I admit naruto is a great shonen, when you compare it to the likes of everything else out there, fairy tail, d gray man, bleach, hitman reborn, and even in some respects its better then the great OP and hxh in some ways. For example its a far more cohesive story and a more emotionally dark tale as opposed to a light hearted loose episodic type of adventure series like one piece. It is something different and he should consider it, im damn sure he would like it.
