A few things: First, you're missing some important dialogues while you're talking. Idk if when you edit a reaction you realize what you missed, but for us (the viewers) it's just like you didn't get some parts of the conversations and it's kind of frustrating.
Second, Kakashi, Ino and Chouji were hiding because that's what a shinobi (ninja) does, they don't attack recklessly.... Do you remember the episode 3 and 4 from the OG Naruto? Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto trying to get the bells from Kakashi? Sakura and Sasuke were hiding, that's what you have to do in a mission, in an ambush... In the other hand, Naruto was just straight to Kakashi and you already know how it ended~
Third, Hidan was not shaking and fearing for what Shikamaru was saying o for his plan... Hidan was trying to break Shikamaru's Jutsu, Hidan isn't that intelligent to fear Shikamaru.
Obviosly we can't tell you how you have to react, but we can tell you some things that can improve your reactions, in a constructive way.

About the isolation period: also getting bored here, I was working in some work projects at home for a few weeks and totally isolated for at least 2 weeks before the quarantine started on Brazil because my immunity is kinda crappy, I don't even like seen that many people, but kinda missing it! 😂
Kakashi's reaction to Revenge.
To Sasuke: Revenge never solved anything, even if it will, you will feel nothing. Yes, Itachi killed the entire your clan including parents, showing on you as he all did, and you tormented in Genjutsu 3 days (and in 13 years again). But if you want to take revenge, remember, we want to return Konoha to you by force.
To Shikamaru: of Course, there is no problem.
