Annie did know Eren was a titan, she saw him come out the titan at like ep 9 when they thought he was dead.

Suzy, this is the smallest of all plot twists in this show.... Remember your words, that you didn't feel much when she was revealed to be the female titan...because the plot twists about to come will surely make you feel something. And yeah, go on asking questions...this show keeps throwing questions at you and the answers to them will come with its own set of questions. Its a top tier mystery show...so keep watching 👍

-She didn't join the scouts. Most of the kids in 104th cadet regiment (so all the main characters we saw since first the training arc), joined Scouts, but Annie didn't. She joined Military Police (the soldier squad with Green Horse symbol on their jackets), so just the regular police forces.
