I feel like they are listening to him about his "byakugan" that's why they even bothered to take him to Hinata's dad. Besides, the byakugan is very easily noticed because of the veins on your face so it definitely isn't apparent. I feel like Boruto isn't being mistreated, Naruto is just smart enough to recognize the byakugan. His wife has it. He fought Neji and Kaguya. He knows it when he sees it and he hasn't seen anything. Hinata HAS it so she has a right to doubt it. Naruto even said that he believed Boruto about awakening a power, he just didn't think it was the byakugan (but still went to Hinata's dad just in case). Even we as the viewer can see that it looks nothing like a byakugan lol.

As far as being Hokage, it seems that Naruto takes it extremely seriously. Maybe because it's his dream. He's responsible for the village and he's giving up everything to step into that role. I do wish the writers gave him more free time though. He does go home though as you can tell because boruto is making fun of him for putting on his shoes the wrong way before work etc. so idk. I'm still not sure how I feel about this show yet but I'm enjoying your reactions so thank you :)
Boruto doesn’t have a problem with hinata Suzy lol it’s just naruto, he was scared to ask about the byakugan because of his grandad not hinata

Suzy, you should have watched the movie first since it was released like 2 years before the boruto series. It show what naruto is really like and all of this is just how the son sees him.
That doesn’t matter tho the anime will show the events of the movie later on
Bigger village= bigger responsabilities. Naruto is buried in paperwork and takes this dream job more serious than Tsunade.
The guy in the beginning was from Naruto the last movie u need to do some rewatching Suzy you don’t seem to remember much like orochimaru is alive and was brought back by sasuke come Suzy take notes
Naruto has to Deal with far more than sunade ever had to deal as holage that's why he has more paper work and more responsibility
To help you out with the Naruto and Boruto relationship thing, the story is told from boruto’s perspective. And from a kids perspective things always seems a lot worse then it actually is. I actually think that his relationship with Naruto is pretty normal considering the fact that Naruto is the busiest and strongest man in the world. Comparing Naruto to Tsunade, I don’t think he is more busy than she was it just seems that way because she got a lot more screen time than he has up to this point. Going back to Boruto and Naruto’s relationship, I believe Naruto is hard on him because he grew up during a time of war. Even though it’s peaceful now, all he knows is how to give tough love to his son. Similarly, to how a military dad would be strict and tough on there kids. I know the show is making Naruto look like a bad father but, I think this is on purpose. The story is from Boruto’s perspective and kids always blow things out of proportion and makes things seem way worse than they actually are. Being on Boruto’s side is how I think the writers want you feel. So, give it some time Suzy I’m sure you’ll love how their relationship grows throughout the show

Tsunade was always in the office lmao.. They even showed her like twice getting stressed from a lot of work.

Plus the leaf is like 10x bigger .. Hokage has to manage that
Don't let your emotions get the better of you Suzy, you have to remember Naruto didn't have his father around and Iruka was his father figure but not until he was boruto's age or later... Also you already know this is not a regular byakugan or kekkei genkai. so of course its not that they dont believe boruto its just they are looking at it as a regular byakugan and by that knowledge boruto does not meet the requirements of getting it. as you are watching it nobody knows what boruto has and boruto does not know how to use or activate it
