Reigen is a conman towards normal jobs, but when it is real he actually helps people thanks to mob. Also the normal jobs, he actually talks them thru their stuff or physically helps them. So it isn't that bad. Though he does mess with people who deserved it like the person who wanted to curse people or the son who wanted his dead fathers money.

Fun fact: When Mob went all muscley for a second then shrunk and it came off as smoke/steam that's a bit of a nod towards All Might since it's the same animation studio.

That guy who helped Dimple was Matsuo. He was a member of Claw; that organization from last season.
