Best Jeanist faked his death and everybody believed it. Dabi technically wasnt lieing because he actually thought Hawks killed Best Jeanist to get the leagues trust. Everything thats happening to Endeavor is just pure Karma and retribution.

TOGA did not love twice but was very fond of him in my opinion until twice made it apparent to her that he had feelings for her as he was dying. which I think is what had her so confused. additionally may have been her suddenly having the urge for answers. that is my opinion anyway

This show really went from good to great!

You kinda did call Dabi being Endeavours kid, but through a mistake haha. When he was fighting the ice guy from the Liberation Army, you thought Dabi was using Ice and Fire (he wasn't he can only use fire, the ice guy was the only one using ice). Because of that mistake you questioned whether he was related.
