Rinne rebirth is one of the abilities given to the user of the six paths of pain (basically someone who possesses the rinnegan from what I remember) it’s an ability that allows any souls taken or any lives taken by the user(s) of six paths to be returned in the form of a perfect reanimating jutsu, however, it’s comes at a price. I recommend looking into a video on YouTube about it someday, I think it contains spoilers for future episodes.

Its not them. It just Nagato who lost his mind. Yahiko wont do what Nagato do if he still alive... Different person choose different path, just like Ssuke, Itachi, and Kakashi... Itachi and Kakshi is bertrayed by live and lost everything, but they didnt break bad like Sasuke...
This is why i love naruto... No villain is truly evil, every one has their own story, what they went trough that makes you understand their point, their reasons. Even tho Nagato killed Jiraya, still one of my favorite characters from the whole series. <3 much love
