As far as the titles and Openings go, the main people who watch the anime in Japan are the ones who are reading or have already read the manga. For example, I read the manga and by the time this episode was out, I had moved much further into the story so it was really awesome seeing the scenes in the OP and the title wasn't a spoiler for me. But sadly that's not the case for people who never read the manga.
