No, Suzy, Itachi will not die from Kotoamatsukami breaking the reanimation. What he broke was Kabuto's control over him, but the jutsu itself has not come undone; like Kabuto said before, the only way to do it is to force the user to end the jutsu. That, or, you know, the spirit finding ultimate peace by resolving left-over issues... which even Kabuto didn't realize.

Itachi is a true hero.his story is so full of surprises.and i love to be surprised.
in my opinion itachi is the second most well written character on this show.
i just love to hear your theories and thoughts on this show. i really do.

very true anyone saying the kakashis back story is not important dont understand shippuudens story at all i dot even think they are fillers because they are connectd to the entire story in fact

I guess it is no different than if Kabuto died. The reanimation does not come undone.
In this case it just means that Kabuto can no longer take control of Itachi's body anymore. He can release himself by letting go of his regrets like those other people did or there might be something he wants to do in this war. You wil have to see.

I've been curious about something when I first saw this fight, it was revealed during the madara vs konan fight that he gave nagato the rinnegan, so how was nagato revived with the rinnegan even though they were never truly his.
