suzy I encourage you to watch the intro of the pain arc when they attack the village, when the pains and konan jump from the mountain of the hokage faces -> take a look at konans face expression, you can tell she usually felt like a character that was sad of loosing yahiko. There are many scenes like that, I also think that she wouldnt be able to kill jiraya, anyways most people dont notice small details like those but yeah, in my words: konan was a beautiful shinobi girl with emotions drown in the past.
Honest thought, if it was reality I can't say that it would be clear to me if Naruto or Madara is right. Seeing that true peace seems really impossible to achieve what Madara promises might be the closest the real world could ever get to it, but in the end I guess this discussion is what the show is really about. How are you so sure that you should believe in Naruto Suzy? Isn't that really just naive and wishful thinking?
Suzy, this is just a small correction but at the beginning you said Madara encouraged Nagato to form the Akatsuki, but last episode Madara said he encouraged Yahiko to form it as Yahiko was the one who was the leader of the first Akatsuki before he died.

Also I will just mention this because you did not make mention of it, but according to Konan Madara can only phase through things for 5 min at a time. Madara used the same Jutsu that Danzo did called Izanagi which changes reality at the cost of the sharingan using it going blind forever. So basically Madara was killed by the paper bombs but he used Izanagi to change things into a reality where he was still alive after they stopped exploding. It is extremely impressive that Konan forced Madara to use Izanagi since it is a last resort jutsu.
also sparknotes of what Madara said about the sage of the Six paths is that the sage posessed both the power of the Uchiha and Senju. The sage had a jutsu called the "creation of all things" that allowed him to use the shadow style to create a form out of nothingness, and the light style to breathe life into that form. This is how the sage split up the ten tails into 9 tailed beasts, he created the 9 beasts himself. Izanagi is a similar jutsu that also uses the shadow and light styles to change something that has happened into what the user desires, like changing a death into survival.
Only problem on this episode is that Izanagi don't actually need Senju "power" to work. One of the few "plot holes/poor translation" problems of the series.
i dont think suzy realized that Konan actually "beat" Tobi with that paper bomb trap. She was so powerful and smart in this fight. But masked man is the masked man, i mean come on. In my opinion, this is the most underrated fight of the entire series, or i least i remember watching it for the 1st and omg it was so epic. We never saw anyone pushing Tobi that far, and nobody expect Konan will be the one. The way he reacted to her moves, it was amazing seeing him a little bit afraid or worried bout losing a fight. Also half of his face was revealed, something impressive and in a time when Tobi's identity was one of THE mysteries.
