Like everyone else is saying, you can react to all the "filler" now and watch Naruto The Last movie after episode 488. It's part of the story and crucial for understanding the last few episodes.

Naruto's Talk No Jutsu only works on humans, Kaguya is no longer human in that respect :D

Now follows the "Ootsutsuki" filler arc from episode 460 - episode 469 (except episode 463 which is canon) which is also definitely worthwhile. They are just fillers like the Itachi arc, but they explain the story of Rikudou Sennin, Ashura and Indra.

And from 470 it finally continues with the story

The animation did get better in quality in the last 50 or so episodes, I’m not sure if it’s a different studio or if they simply just put more effort in, but the last arcs animation is top tier, also I agree with what everyone else seems to be saying that you shouldn’t skip anything until the end now, even the fillers are important at this point

Don't skip anything beyond this point. Even if whatever list you use tells you it's filler. After 479 you'll need to immediately watch "The Last" film, then 380-400
