I must say that. I am not a character hater in Naruto. But Naruto's words about Obito "Obito is nothing but awesome to me"
Made me think Naruto was a complete idiot. After all, ALL of Naruto's troubles were due to Obito's fault. And Obito himself has done such things in the whole world. Obito is certainly a victim (like almost the entire world of shinobi-Uchiha and Madara), but conscious. Therefore, I believe that Obito is the character who DESERVED such a DEATH. He is neither Jesus Christ nor a saint. He's been a VILLAIN most of his life. Only at the end of my life he corrected 1 major mistake. When he was a child, he did almost nothing. And now the results of the bad and the good. Obito himself told Black Zetsu that he was right about him.
(Compared to HIM, Danzo is just an innocent goat.)
1) Still went over to Madara's side
2) Killed the first members of the Akatsuki
3) Let Yahiko die
4) Recruited Nagato and Conan.
5) Released Kurama and subdued him
6) Attacked Konoha
7) Tried to kill a newborn Naruto (twice at a time)
8) Legally killed Minato and Kushina
9) Helped in the destruction of the Uchiha Clan
10) Fixed Yagura and made a Bloody Mist in the politics of the Hidden Mist.
11) Kidnapped and extracted the Beast from 1-7 Jinchuriki (Jinchuriki died)
11.1) Death of Gaara
11.2) Death of Yugito
11.3) Death of Yagura
11.4) Death of Roushi
11.5) Death of Khan
11.6) Death of Utakata
11.7) Death of Fuu
12) Lured Sasuke to his side (and his team)
13) Created Evil Akatsuki (and their sins to the author of the organization-Obito). The attack on Naruto and Bee.
14) Pushed Sasuke (and his team) to attack 5 Kage (and a bunch of others) in order to take Kage prisoner.
15) Announced The Beginning of The "Fourth Great Ninja War" against the whole world
16) Helped Sasuke take revenge on Danzo (well, for us it's great, but from the point of view of the law it's a sin)
(Yes, and the Obito was working with Danzo and probably learned from him the secret of Itachi)
Off the list - (He didn't mind Sasuke personally killing Karin)
17) Formed an alliance with Kabuto and his help
18) Kills Conan
19) Takes Madara's Rinnegan (both eyes)
20) Forces Naruto and Bee to enter the battlefield. White Zetsu and zombies Edo Tensei and the new "Six Paths of Pain" Just as many shinobi deaths
(Obito got rid of Madara's Curse Tag (so he could attack Madara and get rid of his control - now he acts on his own but still the same))
21) Resurrected Ten-Tails
22) Killed a lot of Shinobi (Neji got hit)
23) Became a Jinchuriki Ten-Tails
24) Tried to kill Naruto, Sasuke and 1-4 Hokage in cold blood
25) Again killed many Shinobi (tree sucked chakras). And almost completed "Infinite Tsukuyomi"
It's all Obito's sins, now the positive aspects of his life:
1) Give Kakashi Sharingan
(After 25 Sins)
2) Back on the Good Side
3) Helped Naruto "resurrect"
4) Saved Sasuke and returned him to the battlefield
5) Died to save the world (and she will help).
A total of 5 vs 25. In the end, I want to say. I don't feel sorry for Obito and even more so he doesn't "Obito is nothing but awesome to me" For Naruto.
He deserved such a death and the words of Black Zetsu are true and Obito admits it (we must also admit it). His death is absolutely logical - there could be no other outcome. He has already "died" after resurrecting Madara (He miraculously kept alive-Black Zetsu, Naruto chakra-but this chakra would not have saved his life-this is explicitly stated). But his death helped the world. In the end, I want to say that Obito is not a positive character. This is the villain of the series, who at the end corrected 1 major mistake. (Although Black Zetsu overdid it at the end. He lived 1000 years, and teases as if he is 10 years old - for which he paid a LOT)

Its not about him being an idiot its about forgiveness and unerstanding each other (understanding ones pain if u will) .... if he did not forgive him it would go against everything Naruto has stood for and learned up until this point and would mean he choses to continue the cycle of hatred. You should not be thinking hes an idiot for this you should be admiring him even more.
I certainly understand that this is a show and all that. And Naruto would forgive even Hitler (and he is no worse than Obito). I'm just too realistic. I put myself in the Hero's shoes. But if you ask yourself a question. Could we really forgive those people like Hitler for example and say that he was "awesome". Well, you think he did mass murders among which there may be ALL relatives - All the same, he is "awesome" and an example to follow. Naruto is like this because the author wanted to make such a hero who does not give up and convinces everyone (it is surprising that he did not talk to Kaguya on his side - Apparently the Show needed an Absolute Evil). So it's hard for me to put myself in Hero's shoes. The only one who offered smart thoughts is Sasuke (Final Fight) and Payne (Before Talk no Jutsu ) their philosophy is wrong and cruel but this is the Way out. To our world, Payne was right. Naruto also suggests: Let's sit and wait - and there will be peace. What did it lead to (Boruto)?
I get what you’re saying but to say you don’t feel sorry for Obito after all of the mental and physical trauma he went through that made him go overboard in the first place is a tad bit absurd don’t you think? He was manipulated for pretty much his whole life and was pretty much always in a state of despair and loneliness. It’s not like he had a definitive choice to just abandon what Madara forced him to adopt.
Damnit, its funny I never really liked Obito at all, but watching your reactions and different thoughts about him throughout the series with a different perspective, I actually shed a tear this time. Thank you for showing a different side to the character to me
That day in the cave Obito could've just saved himself from the falling rocks but he choosed to save Kakashi and face Death instead. And this time once again instead of using Kamui to save himself he choosed to save Kakashi and face Death one last time.
His story hasn't ended yet☝🏻.
Obito will always be the best Uchiha to me and my fav. character in the anime.
