Rock Lee does Primary Lotus which is what Kakashi moves was using or maybe not. Since the move always shows Dancing Leaf shadow then wrap them up with bandages then go upside down. Kakashi did Primary Lotus on 3 Naruto shadow clones

Since Ino and Choji weren't in contact with the water, not sure if they were electrocuted or at least not as bad as Kakuzu but not really inmportant I suppose as they look ok and still try to fight.

Kakuzu is 93(?) Years old and fought the first hokage, which was around 70 years before the start of the show. He is very strong. He fought Kakashi, a sharingan user, in hand to hand combat and outfought him.

Well, at the time of the first Hokage there were still plenty of Uchias with which Kakuzu could have fought. I think he has a lot of experience with the Sharingan.
