Alright Suzyyyy normally I would say the filler is fine and you should watch most of them. The last one did lend a lot of backstory to Asuma but this next filler legit adds nothing to anyone honestly. I am not saying you should just not watch it if you want to but I do think you should watch them quickly and get them over with. They are quite boring in my personal opinion and I watched them when I did not know they were filler. Either way it is your choice!

I can see they didnt watch naruto ongoing. when you need half year to get 4 episodes of real action, and again 20 weeks of pure fillers,and so on. that are like story told already 3-4 times.

It was their amusing interactions with one another, the way they seemlessly complimented one anothers abilities (to the point the good guys had to split them up because together they were so OP) and how scary they were as individuals and a duo which is why theyre my favorite pairing among the Akatsuki. They were great bad guys with little to no redeeming qualities and sometimes, you need characters like that. They do well.
