Details that anime doesn´t explain so well but the light novel did:
-Vecta/Subtilizer can´t be hurt because he believes that the swords and magic can´t hurt him.
-The dragons were so damaged so Kirito change their hp bar to ultimate, transforming into eggs to preserve his lifes.
-Eugeo´s soul still inside from the Blue Rose Sword, but every bit go down when he helps Kirito in Underworld, and now he is really gone.
-Vecta/Subtilizer really believes that he was a "Angel of the Death", so he converted into it.
-Vecta can´t absorb the damage from the feeling because he didn´t understand it, so he recognizes as a damage.
-Kirito converts all the feelings from every Underworld people into Energy and finally defeats Subtilizer.
-Leafa and Sinon didn´t disconnect because the Time Acceleration, the two of them really died in the Underworld when their HP drops to zero.

Suzy by the way if you wanna know what kirito and asuna did in those 200 years or more like 20 minutes in the real world you should read SAO volumes 19 and 20 now in english More like a post credit scene of underworld after the war until Higa logs them out safely
The first time I saw this, I actually almost burst into tears when I realized Asuna was standing there at the end. Of course she didn't leave. How could she? If there was any doubt, ANY whatsoever that she wasn't best girl, that moment eliminated that doubt. Asuna is forever.

Something the anime cut out during the fight Mr Miller took kirito's heart and bit it like grapefruit
