Suzy i'm gonna answer your questions about alice Starking Kirito and the underworld
first Alice she has a special andtroid body that Higa built for to live in the underworld just like everybody she is also able to dive into VR as well where she feels more at home with all her senses in the novel it is said that she made an ALO account thats why she is known and feared by other players The reason she thinks she might die is because she feels lonely and stressed with all her exposure press conferences and events If she is the only underworlder left since everyone she knew apart from Selka passed away during those 200 years but she has bonds with people from real world apart from kirito and Asuna she has Rinko and Higa who take care of her kinda like her foster parents she also developed friendships with other players and she has sister like relationship with sugua Kiritos younger sister As for kirito she's not in love with him she loves platonicly as you would love a close friend or relative no romance
as for the 200 years they went by in the 20 minutes in the last episode this takes place three weeks later sso Kirito and asuna slumbered for a while to stabilize fluctlights Higa decided to copy the memories from the 200b years instead of deleting them
if yu wanna know what happened in those 2 centuries you should read SAO Volumes 19 and 20.
As for the underworld right now its disconnected from the rest of the world its still functioning Think of underworld as a wifi connection that that be reached its still there but its unable to connect.
as for the last question why did underworld affect kirito more than Asuna Its because Kirito had a second life there it doesn't matter that it was simulated he grew up there had childhood friends and bonded with a lot of people

Kirito & Asuna both have all their memories up to 1 month after being stuck for 200 years.
So all we saw from them, they still remember, their memory cut off around when Kirito & Iskahn were fighting together 1 month after War Ended.
It's a shame that lots of Kirito & Asuna moments were cut as well.
Asuna was suppose to wake up along with Kirito completely.
Alice run into the room calling both of their name and Kirito wake up, then first look at Asuna, they talk and they confirm everything gonna be fine, only then Kirito look at Alice and talk about Selka.
There was another scene of Kirito & Asuna flirting and Asuna being mischievous in the hospital after Kikouka visit Kirito. then they go to an ALO Meeting talking about what happened to the players items and account that was transferred and such, all skipped.

The 200 years were deleted from Kirito's and Asunas memories but Kirito still has all the memories of the first half of season 3 to killing Gabriel. The small reel of memories we saw of Kirito and Asuna in the underworld were from the 200 years and when Kirito mentioned them being "King and Queen" is because they are Star King Kirito and Star Queen Asuna because they helped the underworld travel through the stars which we see next episode
I would imagine that Kirito would have definitely changed in 200 years. He also only asked for the last 200 years to be erased. He didn't ask for all of his memories of the underworld to be lost. Remember that he experienced several years in the underworld in the first half of the season.
The idea the show has is that a human soul is limited in how many experiences, memories it can hold before it breaks down. Kirito and Asuna lived 200 years in the Underworld accumulating experiences, even though their bodies are only 17-18 years old their souls have aged far beyond what the show says is the limit of what a human soul can handle.
So, to prevent their souls from breaking down and dying, the 200 years worth of memories is deleted from them, all the way back to right when Kirito defeated Gabriel.
Eugeo however died before that fight and Kirito still remembers him.
Kirito also doesn't know that his memories weren't fully deleted. A copy was made of his soul and kept without his consent to it.
