I think the reason why the horses caught up to Reiner is because his titanform is not as fast (his body is probably pretty heavy). Annie for example was able to run faster than the horses (as we saw in season 1) 🤓

English version of erwin speech wasnt bad at all but Japanese was just lit, especially Shinzou wo Sasageyo :D
