are you refering to the sequel? it's a one shot that was published on VIZ\manga plus app almost a year ago. it's called "Death Note: Tokubetsu-hen" or "Death Note One Shot" or "Death Note Special Chapter" depending on where you are searching but highly doubt it if you can find it in a public library unless they keep printed manga from web apps or something like that
