Also to me Sasuke killing Orochimaru isnt that impressive since Orochimaru is in his worst condition. I believe Orochimaru in brand new body would put up quite a fight.

It's not that the jinchuriki are weak, they are some of the strongest shinobi in the world, it's just that the akatsuki are simply stronger. Every akatsuki member is a kage level shinobi, imo.

It makes sense if Naruto would have fought alone against an Akatzuki member he would have lost but he fought alongside Kakashi and Deidara was damaged before

You know the reason Deidara wants to be the one to kill Orochimaru is because Orochimaru was partnered with Sasori back when he was still in the Akatsuki. Deidara respected Sasori's wish of wanting to kill Orochimaru himself and thought that as Sasori's last partner, he should be the one to carry out the task after Sasori's death.
Oh also, it's not that the Jinchuriki are weak, the Akatsuki is just insanely powerful.
