They do these flashbacks and filler stuffs in anime because animating takes a lot of time compared to acting and shooting...

Both take a long time just go about it different ways. Why actors, studios, and etc work continuously for weeks/months to get a whole season down and then take time to relax. Animation is more continuous with shorter breaks. Still both wre stressful

This is a studio perriot thing where they lengthen an episode by adding flashbacks or prolonging events. It has nothing to with it only airing once a week because they forgot events. At some points later episodes will give you a 2-3 minute recap which is unnecessary. There is a reason why people don't want studio perriot taking on popular series becoming it will be ruined in their hands like Black Clover was.

I always disliked the power from Ninetails compare to the other Bijuus. I mean its at best a 50 % Kurama and he can easy handle all others. The other 50 % is inside Minato.

But the Tailed beasts aren't at their full capacity here,They got transformed through reanimated bodies and are suppressed by Tobi so he can control them.

Thats your guess, but there is no official information that Tailed beast are weaken at reanimeted bodies or that Tobi have to weaken them to control it.

I think the reason for the flashbacks in Anime is that when they are shown on TV in Japan, they usually show one episode per week, so it's easier to forget some scenes or you might have missed that one vital episode
