Titania is a character from the Shakespeare play "A Midsummer Night's Dream". She is the queen of the faeries and the wife of the fairy King Oberon, which is the character Sugou is posing as in the game. Its his sick way of making her his wife in the game, just as he intends to make her his wife in the real world.
