Like i said in the last episode, he is MESS right now, and he is kinda running out of time cause his boyfriend Sasuke is doing bad things again, he doesnt have the time to think

Naruto has never cared about public image before. And he's never cared too much about pride before.

He may not care about his image but he is still a Leaf Shinobi. He should consider the position he puts the village in when he acts recklessly, especially when it comes to Sasuke. The Raikage along with his escort could have potentially smoked him Kakashi, and Yamato if they were at odds, luckily for them a summit was about to begin. Looking weak can also make negotiations harder when other nations since an opportunity to run over you.

That's one of the reasons why he should've been kept in custody in the village, like Danzo wanted

I understand where Danzo is coming from in that regard but he needs to also understand that Naruto is a person not some rabid dog with weaponized fleas that needs to be caged up.

Doesn't matter. The kid can't control himself. Not only he is putting himself at risk but also everyone else, the Akatsuki want the Nine Tails. He should be watched 24/7 and held in the village
