shinobi on kakashis level are sent on even S rank missons alone all the time. He's not an average ninja he's an elite jonnin with a sharingan there aren't many ninja in the world who would pose much of a threat.

No, I'm pretty sure she actually thought Obito had Madara living through him. She mentioned last episode that she wasn't sure but thought it was Madara living through Obito.
