Ok what about Naruto defending a literal criminal that has killed multiple people and attacked even the Kages, cause "friends"?
Or Sasuke betraying his brother's will?
Or Sai being heavily insensitive about the situation?
Everyone has their flaws, and you keep ignoring how she felt, specially after what Sai told her (which was basically accusing her of making Naruto suffer), which is what caused her to lie to Naruto in such a way to make him give up on Sasuke and for her to do the same, im no saying it was the right choice, but all of you only see it has an act of malice or to make fun of Naruto
Btw, Naruto himself couldnt believe what Sasuke has done, to the point that he had a panic attack, so dont think it was only Sakura.
Like i said before Sakura is under A LOT of stress for her friend and the person she loves, she isnt thinking clearly, its not hard to understand she will make bad decisions.
About the Kiba, Lee and Sai thing, she wants to kill Sasuke herself, she doesnt want that burden on others, and do you seriously expect her to face Sasuke head on? of course she will try to lie to him to make him drop his guard.
And the last thing, about when Sasuke left the village, she has the person she loves leaving her behind in whats probably a suicidal mission, she is trying to make him stay and when that doesnt work, you try to go with him to help him and keep him safe.
She is in LOVE with him, people do even the wildest things for love, like seriously give her a break.

About bringing them, Kiba was the tracker, remember that he is the one tracing Sasuke, so yeah she is using him there, and Lee and Sai was basically for that very reason, it would be weird if she only brought up Kiba with her and not them, she didnt wanted to reveal she wanted to kill him on her own, because the others would have tried to stop her, so bringing up the guy that is know has the tracker alone would have been an obvious red flag of her real plan, so yeah bringing a actual team with her was just a facade to hide her real intention.

Everybody has done awful shit to other people. Everyone. If you think you haven't, then you're just not yet aware of what you have done. Becoming aware of how terrible you are, and making your best attempt to rectify your mistakes, is an essential part of life. So yes, I can empathize with Sakura as she does these awful things, because I have learned the hard way I am no better of a person than she is, than any of us are.
I agree with everything you said except the part about Sakura saying she would join him equals admitting to working with a criminal. It was a complete lie, she wanted to go with Sasuke and then kill him after he let his guard down. Sasuke would never fall for that, but that was her plan. Because the purpose was to kill Sasuke (which could be justified at this point) Sakura is not really in the wrong for that specific action imo.
Take in mind that back then his revenge was killing Itachi, both of them didnt knew the truth about him, in their eyes Itachi was a monster that killed his entire clan in search for power, its more believable that she would want to go with him because she wanted to keep him safe so he didnt died (since lets be real, it was kinda of a suicidal mission)

Well he is right to a degree. If you look at from the characters point of view, you can see things more clearly and look at things from her point of view. How ever that doesn't really excuse anything beacuse the end result is that its chalked up to bad writing and poor execution. Her sudden actions descisions change so rapidly with out any rational behind it and that is not the way to write romance. But you know Kishi him self even said he doesn't know how to write female characters, so there ya go.

The problem is Sakura is a poorly written character. With Naruto we understand why he is fixated due to them both understanding the pain of solitude and having a rivalry that turned into a friendship. The 2 understand each other in way that none of the others in their class can. There is no reason for Sakura to be in love with Sauske. It's never explored other than he is the attractive cool kid who all the women like. Even with them being on the same team we never saw a relationship or connection. The was little to no development with her relationship to Sauske. The closest we got was Sauske putting his life on the line to save Sakura and Naruto from Gaara, but was purely because he cared about them as teammates, nothing more. I understand the guilt Sakura is feeling about burdening Naruto with the promise he couldn't keep, but her actions needed better explaining. Why tell Naruto she loves him and then plan to immediately leave to take down Sauske? If she wants to remove Naruto's guilt about not keeping her promise she should just tell him she no longer loves Sauske and only feels anger towards him for the pain he has caused and that he needs to be stopped. Naruto may not have agreed, but it would have been better than lying about loving him- the person she thinks is in love with her! Knocking out her comrades is also stupid. Why do it? Because she wants to keep them out of danger? She should know she stands no chance against Sauske at this point. She has no good reason to feel she is responsible for taking down Sauske on her own. It would have made far more sense to do if she was in fact going to abandon the leaf. This arc really regressed her character development. Would have made far more sense for her to actually fall in love with Naruto or explore why she loves Sauske still and have her join him to protect him.
I think we also have to see what Sakura uoped to gain. She knows Naruto likes her and she knows Naruto changed the intentions of Pain a villain to the leaf that was willing to completely annihilate them. So she makes a decision she wants to stop loving Sasuke the issue is no matter what she does.....she can't do it. Just how Naruto won't stop chasing him she can't stop loving. So Sai appears and says the following

Like I've said for awhile she has had a huge power spike but she's only useful in key moments of the show majority of it shes basically useless like during the pain arc, literally hit the summon animal to save the granny and girl then just sat there and did nothing else then yet again calls for Naruto. The only other previous moment was against sasory. She is useful yes but rare and she doesn't show that until much later in the show if you've ready seen it you know what part I'm talking I'm not giving any info due to spoiler but then in this arc to go and lie to Naruto and then lie to Sasuke definitely doesn't make her too good just yet
