"compared to your's our pain will be over in a instant" when i first heard this i cried like a baby man that was too deep
“Thus Shippuden was born” does she forget Naruto was a thing before Naruto Shippuden?
I think in choosing the Leaf, he in a way chose his clan as well. The last thing he wanted was for it to come down to the Uchihas trying to revolt, because I think deep down he understood--as Danzo said--that they'd be completely exterminated. And yes that ties in with his desire to at least save Sasuke, but that would in turn allow the Uchiha bloodline to continue too. Also I don't think Itachi wanted to see his father become this big traitor figure; in a way he spared that "stain" on him by taking on that role himself in an even bigger way.

Side note: oh yes, this would be a completely different story if Itachi had sided with his clan. It wouldn't even be Naruto at all, remember by that point Naruto already had Kurama in him, and if it came down to Fugaku using his Mangekyou to control Kurama, that would mean extracting him from Naruto, which would have killed him outright before any of the show's events.

I think Suzy is the only reactor who takes in information and then throws it out when she gets more information.

It wasn't just Sasuke, he believed that ultimately his clan would bring nothing but another great war from their lust for power. The instability between the clan and the leaf would intice other nations to stike at the land of fire which would result in more deaths. It was better to wipe out one side in one hit than to let the conflict continue and bring another war. When they say Itachi thought like a hokage, they mean that the village as a whole is more important than a single clan. The rest of the Uchiha didn't think this way, they were far too proud to put the village before the clan it just wasn't in their nature. He walked the line for a long time trying to resolve the conflict, and eventually said himself "I've lost all hope with this pathetic clan".
In the novel (which they didnt adapt with 100% accuracy), it is Itachi the one who kills his girlfriend (Izumi Uchiha) by putting her on one of the strongest Tsukuyomi genjutsus that he has ever casted, in which Izumi lived 70 years of her life in the genjutsi in which she married Itachi and had kids with him living a happy life, and then died of old age by his side. With her mind broken, her body followed, and she thanked Itachi as she died in his arms.
This still makes me mad on why they didn’t adapt that and instead adapted this bullshit having obito kill her like wtf
She did. She had said this many times already. She just hasn't edited and posted those reactions. She watched all of the Kakashi Arc.
The man just wants peace between everyone and the Uchiha were gonna interupt it. Also I believe in a much earlier episode, Lord 3rd had asked Itachi what he was gonna do know that he was rogue and he stated that he found an orginization that he could spy from within. Meaning he is still a spy for the leaf all this time!
The reason why Itachi chose the leaf is because there will be more casualties if he had sided with the Uchiha. If the Uchiha went through with the coup other nations would take advantage of the instability in the leaf and invade causing even more bloodshed. Itachi wanted to avoid more war because he witnessed the horrors of war as a young child and would do anything to avoid it and to protect his little brother from those horrors. He simply chose the outcome that would lead to less bloodshed no matter how much it hurt him.
if itachi was choose the clan, leaf won't be exist anymore there is no one in the leaf who can stop uchiha
u remember hwen Lord Third explained sasuke when he was ressurrected? even whne he was 6 he thought like a hokage. He chose to massacre his own clan because he predicted a different future to village otherwise. Thats why his father accepted his death. ihope im right :(
Suzy make sure to react to episode 469 its a filler episode but for those of us who know what it is we will all like to see you react to it. Also Naruto The Last (Movie) before u watch episode 493.
Tp be fair The leaf is are the ones responsible for the Uchihas behavior. Thats why they started thinking about the Clan more than the village as a whole. The leaf cast them aside and became suspicious of them, so you cant really blame the Uchiha. The Uchiha weren't always like that toward the leaf. Yes they have a Dark side but before the unnecessary suspicion was cast on them they would use that darkness and strength for the benefit of the leaf.
