OOF, about what I expected from this reaction. For me this episode is very powerful. Just like the 3rd Hokage Kakashi sacrificed his life to protect the village by getting intel on Pain to Tsunade with zero hesitation. The will of fire still burns even in the darkest hour.

I know it felt like Kakashi was weak in this episode but that's what they showed. Kakashi wasn't more powerful than Jiraya. Also this only shows that in front of an over whelming power even a skilled Jounin like Kakashi can't last.

Pain is such great villain. The best in all animes. I love him <3

it’s like you said suzy jiraiya was strong he scared itachi and kisame into not even fighting against him but he couldn’t defeat pain and itachi isn’t a pushover he became head of anbu at 13

Thinking back suzy i do agree that kakashi acted recklessly but I don’t fault him for doing what he could

Kakashi’s death is on Danzo now because naruto is the only way the village can face pain and he stopped naruto’s return

pain was never defeated remember suzy jiraiya was the only one who could push him with sage mode and kakashi is great but he isn’t a legendary sannin. his fight could have been better but this would have to be the result if the power levels of the different characters and abilities was going to be consistent.

THis is what i wanted to see. i knew jiraiya was one of your favorite characters but kakashi was number one. saw how hard you took jiraiya's death and i couldnt wait to see this. you reacted exactly how i did in the sense that we both feel like kakashi got disrespected in that fight. made him seem fodder but thats just how OD pain is
