Today was epic, it's been some time since we had an episode as good as this. Now time for information, I am happy you are skipping the filler arc but what's important is that you can watch the show at the current pace exciting and shocking reveals and a great one is coming in 112+ eps plus don't you want to see a teenager kakashi more than a filler arc. Since you are skipping the filler arc I will forget the comment about Kishimoto(manga artist) it's very difficult to create a chapter every week. now to those morons who lies about the relevance of filler arcs don't try to argue to the manga readers using fake facts because we will always know more and ours are accurate. Plus in naruto there are way too many flashback episodes so much much that you can skip some episodes btw the next filler arc is not even mentioned in the upcoming 400 episodes yeah i started rewatching it last week now I am at 385 the best parts.

All of you bitching about the fillers are so annoying. You all go channel to channel, EVERY single one with Naruto reactions, and it’s always the same with all of you. “Don’t want this” , “don’t watch that”, “It’s irrelevant”, “I’m a Manga reader”, and on and on, like seriously all you need the shut the hell up. It’s Suzy’s channel/website and at the end of the day if she chooses to watch Naruto fillers, then she has every right and if you don’t like it you don’t have to watch them. It’s that simple.
Shippuden is really drawn out and that’s probably why everyone says don’t watch the fillers. There are a lot of empty time sinks with not much going on in the fillers and even some canon episodes with like training.. With fillers, shippuden is like 700 episodes. Without, like 400. That’s why most people just skip them for quicker viewing but up to you as a first time watcher!
Kishimoto(the author of naruto) was by no means lazy it just came down to the fact a typical anime episode covers around 2 chapters withboth the anime and manga were running concurrently, and they couldn’t let them catch up with each other so they had to introduce filler or mess up the pacing by stretching episodes out. Also to your point of why didn’t they just have the manga finish before starting the naruto manga did not end till the end of 2014 and the episode you’re watching came out in 2008
Actually, Even there are a lot of fillers, they are not bad. You can see a lot of character development. If Suzy did not watch the last filler arc, she may not feel as strong as she did about Asuma's death. The upcoming three tails filler arc and the short six tails filler arc are just more development about the tail beasts. In fact, I think Suzy should watch the upcoming filler arc and the one after it.
ofc Shikamaru had it all planned out he is too good to just go out like that :D another epic Naruto entrance :D seeing all your emotions was so good xD the Naruto manga hasnt done a lot of things, plenty of stuff was missing, like Asuma had pretty much no character in the manga so they added extra to him in the anime, it goes for the other characters as well, feel free to watch it all its fun with you :) gotta enjoy it to the fullest! :)
lol Shikamaru sure fooled you didn't he... playing dead like that and fooled Hidan. 1st time I saw this I knew that it was way too easy for Hidan to get Shikamru cut like that as he trapped himself and Hidan in a small perimeter than suddenly looks terrified for his life. Didn't make sense; therefore I believed he had a plan

-Until very recently (the last 8 years) anime adaptations rules changed and now they use smaller yearly seasons like in the case of My Hero Academia, to prevent filler abuse which has killed many shows as the ratings crash.
-Naruto is pretty infamous with fillers. Of the 720 episode's of both OG and Shippuden, around 43% of them are filler. For that reason Naruto and Bleach are widely known As the Kings of filler.
-this won't be the last anime troubled by filler you'll see. In many cases animes had to be given filler finales due to catching up to the manga really fast, these cases are even worse since the manga ended many years later, but filler finales basically ruined them and made them unable to continue years later, this is the reason many old mangas are been given remakes as of late to adapt the entire manga, completely denying the existence of previous adaptations.
