Nagato is the red haired kid. Yahiko is the orange haired kid and Konan is the girl. They’ve confirmed that all of the pain bodies are dead and not clones. And Jiraiya said the main Pain is definitely Yahiko. Before the main Pain used almighty push on the leaf village Konan referred to Pain as Nagato and then Pain said that he’ll never forget the pain that yahiko felt. Now you’ve seen Nagato is in the shadows controlling the bodies.

Pain is Naruto in a way. He suffered and he conclude that the world was rotten. If I kill your people, you´ll go and kill my people in order to achieve vengeance. Naruto had that idea, and also all of us. To kill Pain to avenge Jiraiya and Kakashi. But, to kill him is not the same as he did? What is the justice? What is good in shinobi world?
